Next Gen Upgrade Coming March 18
Marvel Entertainment has dropped a new trailer for Marvel’s Avengers Operation: Hawkeye – Future Imperfect Trailer and along with it, a release date for both the DLC and the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of the game. The next gen upgrades will come at no additional cost and will be available on March 18 alongside the Hawkeye Story expansion.
The latest version’s of the game will include enhanced visuals for up to 4K resolution on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and 1440p for the Xbox Series S.
The upcoming DLC expansion, Hawkeye – Future Imperfect throws players into the role of Clint Barton, the arrow shooting superhero known as Hawkeye. Hawkeye has to team up with friends and fellow Avengers alike to try and prevent an apocalyptic future brought upon by the evil, Maestro.
The official Marvel’s Avengers Twitter account tweeted out the new trailer with the following description:
“Hawkeye enlists the help of his friends and fellow Avengers to prevent an apocalyptic future ruled by Maestro, a mad villain who was once the Hulk.
Clint’s mind and sword are razor sharp, and he has an arrow for every challenge ahead of him.”

The trailer features Hawkeye, Kate Bishop who recently received her own DLC expansion, a Hawkeye from the future, Maestro, and a few familiar faces like Captain America and Thor.
Like the next gen versions of the game, the Hawkeye – Future Imperfect DLC will also be available for free for owners of the original game. You can watch the latest War Table, which includes the new trailer as well as some information about the upcoming storyline and villain Maestro, below.
