India will host a summit of the council of heads of presidency of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation or SCO on November 30 with a focus on contributing to the commerce and monetary agenda of the influential grouping, a senior official inside the Ministry of Exterior Affairs (MEA) has talked about.
