Kolkata Police registered a case in the direction of an individual for allegedly bodily assaulting a 31-year-old woman and later pushing her from a shifting automotive inside the metropolis on Saturday.
The accused moreover hit one different woman whereas driving rashly, who was making an attempt to help the sufferer woman.
“In the mean time (Sunday) at spherical 00.10 hrs information was obtained by Anandpur Police Station that some disturbance has occurred in entrance of Abhuday Housing Superior at RR plot proper right here. It was found that on September 1, the sufferer woman (31 yrs) met a person who launched himself as Amitabha Bose. On September 5 at spherical 20.30 hours Amitabha Bose reportedly known as her up they often went out for a drive,” acknowledged Kolkata Police.
“After roaming for a while, the woman requested Bose to drop her at her flat as a result of it was pretty late nevertheless Bose was unwilling to drop her. As soon as they reached in entrance of Abhudoy at RR plot from Kalikapur, the woman requested him firmly to drop her, following which Bose immediately started assaulting her bodily and later pushed her out of the automotive on the freeway,” Police added.
Throughout the meantime, listening to her scream a pair particularly Nilanjana Chatterjee and her husband Deep Satpati stepped out of their automotive to help her. Bose drove his automotive rashly and hit Nilanjana Chatterjee, following which she obtained accidents and fractured her left leg.
Later a case was registered in the direction of the Bose and the complainant was helped by female police personnel to return residence.
