Actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise case is beneath perusal by the medical board and the report will solely be submitted to CBI in the long run of time, (Prof) Dr Sudhir Gupta, Head of Forensic Division at AIIMS and Chairman of Medical board knowledgeable ANI on Friday.
Within the meantime, the Narcotics Administration Bureau (NCB) has issued notices to actor Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik Chakraborty and her affiliate Samuel Miranda beneath the Narcotic Treatment and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and requested them to hitch the investigation.

The NCB launched an investigation after it acquired official communication from Enforcement Directorate (ED), via which there have been diversified chats related to drug consumption, procurement, utilization and transportation in reference to the Sushant Singh Rajput case.
The ED had on July 31 registered an Enforcement Case Data Report inside the actor’s demise case after a First Data Report (FIR) was filed by Sushant Rajput’s father KK Singh in opposition to Rhea Chakraborty in Bihar on July 28.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found ineffective at his Mumbai residence on June 14.
