The assaulting of a retired Naval officer in Mumbai, allegedly by staff of the ruling Shiv Sena, is “sort of (a) ‘state-sponsored terror’ scenario, former Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis mentioned this afternoon.
