A Little Late for Halloween
It’s okay to be fashionably late, right? Well, I guess that’s the case for the PS4 coming late to the Pumpkin Jack party. This game came out for PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch in October, but soon PS4 owners will be able to experience the terrific terror for themselves. If you are on the fence about picking up this game, you can check out our review to see if you are in for a trick or a treat. If you are into Halloween and 3D platforming, you may want to take a crack-o-lantern at Pumpkin Jack.
It almost seems like a requirement for 3D platformers to have a spooky level, but that aesthetic is a constant in Pumpkin Jack. Along with the platforming, you will see sections of minecart-riding and combat with hack and slash elements. Over the course of the game, players will gain new weapons and abilities for Jack to stomp and bury his enemies with. Although, the variety is lacking in that department, according to our review. Still, if you are the kind of person willing to celebrate Halloween any time of year, this game is probably for you.

It does not seem like PS4 owners will be getting anything exclusive for waiting a few more months for their version. Better late than never, I guess. Pumpkin Jack is out now on PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch, and will be coming to PS4 on February 24th.
