PUBG Mobile just dropped a major announcement for the players of the game. A few days ago a post went up on PUBG Mobile official twitter and Facebook handles which said that a New Era is coming to the game. There were no leaks or rumors going on about the game at the time so many of the players thought that a new in-game event or maybe a new map is coming to the game on the 24th of August. Instead, the devs at PUBG Mobile had something completely different in mind. The PUBG Mobile New Era 1.0 update is bringing with itself a massive overhaul to the game. The game has been reworked and tweaked to give players a more realistic feel and the UI or Lobby has been now changed as well.
PUBG Mobile New Era 1.0:
In the announcement event that PUBG Mobile New Era was one thing was certain. This massive overhaul of the game was something that was unexpected. Even though many players have complained about PUBG Mobile lobby and UI becoming more and more cluttered with every Season bringing new game modes but most of the twitter crowd and the youtube crowd was expecting PUBG Mobile to announce a new and more stringent ban system to take on the cheaters and hackers.

PUBG Mobile New Era 1.0 is about the game getting a major graphics overhaul. A new and massively improved user experience. All this for the new update which will be bringing the new Erangle 2.0 map with it. It was basically confirmed in the event that there is a NEW ERA surprise that will come later to the game called NEW ERA 2.0 which is the same as saying NEW ERAngle 2.0. The new update is going to improve graphics in the game along with the overall game mechanics.
It is interesting however that this new PUBG Mobile New Era update is coming just a few days after Call of Duty Mobile Season 9 update that also massively overhauled that game. TiMi studios are the maker of Call of Duty Mobile and also a game studio that Tencent games owns so it is no surprise that players did see something similar to what they had already seen on Call of duty mobile.
