Yes, More Physical Games
The No More Heroes games were a big hit on the Nintendo Wii. No More Heroes 3 is expected to come out in August, so now is the perfect time to build up the hype with the existing games. Limited Run Games is making physical copies for the first two No More Heroes games for Nintendo Switch. There will be standard editions of both games, collector’s editions of both games, and a bundle of both collector’s editions, all reasonably priced, as far as collector’s editions go. Limited Run Games shows us that not all heroes are no more.
Both Standard Editions are just the physical copies of the games for $35. The Collector’s Editions come with the game, a reversible 18″x24″, the soundtrack on-disk, a Behind the Scenes Interview and Art Book, and a steelbook case for the game. All these items are specific to which game you buy and come in a collector’s box. If you get the No More Heroes: Santa Destroy Bundle, you get both Collector’s Editions. It also comes with a Santa Destroy flag. When you put the boxes side by side, either lengthwise or widthwise, their box arts fit together as companion pieces.
Each single Collector’s Edition is priced at $70 and the Santa Destroy Bundle costs $130. You can purchase the Standard Editions on March 12th, but that is also the day that you can pre-order the Collector’s Editions or the Santa Destroy Bundle. No More Heroes and No More Heroes 2: Desperate Struggle are both available on Wii and Nintendo Switch. No More Heroes 3 is expected to come out on August 27th for Nintendo Switch.
