It has not even been a month since Apple Series 12 launch in the world and now here we are talking iPhone 13. Yes, iPhone series 12 is now old news. The new news is that Apple may be giving 1TB of storage in the iPhone 13. Remember when Apple launched for the first time iPhone 12 Pro series with 128GB and ditched the 64GB variant. Well, now it looks like even the 128GB is not enough anymore. Jon Prosser one of the most prominent leakers of Apple-related news tweeted from his famous Twitter account “hope y’all are ready for 1TB iPhones”.

The news of iPhone 13 getting 1TB of storage becomes more shocking when you take into account that iPhone 12 has not even gone for its first sale in India. Apple is still taking preorders for the iPhone 12. There are some iPhones that come with 512GB of storage. There is still room for debate in which iPhone will get the special 1TB treatment but considering the fact that iPhones don’t offer storage expandability like Android devices, it was bound to happen one day. We are actually surprised that it took Apple so long to consider giving the iPhone 1TB of storage.
That’s not all we have on the iPhone 13. There are already rumors floating around that the iPhone series 13 will start its storage options with 128GB instead of the usual 64GB option. This will be a major step-up for both Apple and iPhone. Many of the Android flagships like the Oneplus 8T already offer 128GB of storage as the base plus they have the option of storage expandability in many cases. That has never been the case with the iPhone. Storage has always been a huge issue for the customers of 64GB iPhones. There are also reports that the iPhone 13 line up may even offer a 120Hz ProMotion display which should have come in the iPhone 12 lineup.
