Folks’s love for New York assumes many varieties, from a Frank Sinatra ballad to a Frank O’Hara poem. The newly reopened MOMA is greeting guests to its foyer with a giant mural of the long-lasting I♥NY brand (seen in closeup, above). It was conceived for a 1977 tourism marketing campaign by the legendary graphic designer Milton Glaser, who died in June, on the age of ninety-one. To insure a safely lowered capability, the museum is making timed tickets out there at moma.org; admission is free by way of Sept. 27.
