A 22-year-old man, who was arrested for reportedly assaulting and robbing a pilot at gunpoint on IIT flyover in southwest Delhi, has been charged beneath the Maharashtra Administration of Organised Crime Act, police talked about on Saturday.
According to police, P Silva was found involved in further than 12 circumstances of theft, theft and snatching.
