CNN will host the primary political drive-in town hall of the 2020 presidential election tonight — the most recent adaptation to campaigning through the coronavirus pandemic.
Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden will face questions from Pennsylvania voters in an unconventional setup within the car parking zone of PNC Subject in Moosic. The city corridor will happen at eight p.m. ET, on tonight and CNN’s Anderson Cooper will average.
The city corridor will likely be Biden’s first prime time city corridor since accepting the Democratic nomination for president in August, and comes lower than seven weeks from Election Day. President Trump appeared at an ABC News town hall in Philadelphia earlier this week.
The place issues stand within the race: Biden continues to carry the lead within the race, and is up 52% to 42% over Trump amongst doubtless voters nationally, based on a current CBS Information/YouGov ballot.
