Gaming’s Biggest Showcase E3 2021 Online and App Details Disclosed

The E3 Expo is inarguably the biggest in the gaming industry and has consistently been a source of major game reveals, releases and announcements for quite a long time. Furthermore, E3 has been a convention that has brought gamers together and allowed reviewers, critics and fans alike to find explore their favorite gaming universes. Over the past few months, E3 has announced major companies will join the convention to showcase their latest developments including Ubisoft, Nintendo, Xbox, Capcom, Square Enix, Sega, Bandai Namco, Gearbox Entertainment and certainly more can be expected in the future! With the pandemic severely affecting movement and logistics of holding massive conventions, E3 2020 was stunted, however, the company has decided that from 12th June to 15th June 2021, the E3 Expo will officially be held. Needless to say, the show will be held online.

Today, the company has officially provided some details concerning the online accessibility of the show. The E3 Online App will be the main hub for the duration of the show beginning with the media access week from 7th June to the public access week on 12th June. Most importantly, registration for access to the E3 App will commence later this month and will be free. Similarly, media credentialing will also begin later this month to allow for media personnel to have early access to video conferencing and chat features as needed. From 12th June, fans will have access to a wide variety of cool content including Exhibitor Booths, Lounges, Forums, Leaderboards and even Profile Creation, so that every person’s profile is unique and customizable. The E3 Show while broadcasted will include an interactive overlay highlighting tweets, likes and other forms of engagement. The broadcast will be hosted by Alex Mendez, Greg Miller and Jacki Jing.
