An encounter broke out between security forces and terrorists in Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday, police said.
Security forces launched a cordon and search operation at Yedipora in Pattan area of Baramulla district in north Kashmir following specific particulars in regards to the presence of terrorists, a police officer said.

He said the search operation was an encounter after the terrorists fired upon a search event of the forces, who retaliated.
The commerce of firing is occurring, the officer said, together with additional forces have been rushed to the world and extra particulars had been awaited.
