Delhi Metro’s Blue Line and Pink Line resumed providers with interchange services at 9 stations right this moment after being closed for 171 days because of the COVID-19 pandemic, officers mentioned.
The providers resumed with curtailed operations on these two traces at 7 am with strict security and social distancing measures being in place. Trains are to function in two batches of four-hour every from 7-11 AM and 4-Eight PM within the first stage.

Because the day started, some riders carrying face masks had been seen getting into the premises of key stations like Rajiv Chowk, Noida Sector 15 and Anand Bihar on the Blue Line, which connects Dwarka Sector 21 in Delhi to Digital Metropolis (Noida) and Vaishali (Ghaziabad). Pink Line connects Majlis Park to Shiv Bihar.
Raj Kumar, who boarded the Metro at Anand Vihar, mentioned that he confronted no inconvenience throughout his journey.
