Actor Krishnudu accused of rape, denies allegations – Times of India

Actor Krishnudu, who is known for his roles in films such as Happy Days, Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu, Vinayakudu and more has been accused of raping a Dalit woman, according to the sources. She belongs to Miryalaguda, Nalgonda District, Telangana.

In the complaint, registered with the Panjagutta police station and reported by several media outlets, a Dalit woman accused the 45-year-old actor of raping her a few years ago. In fact, the woman reportedly said she had been sexually abused by 139 people over 5000 times since years. According to her, the sexual assaults’ list includes film actors, TV anchors, reporters, advocates, physicians, student leaders and so on. She alleged that anchor Pradeep Machiraju and actor Krishnudu are among them.


On the other hand, Krishnudu has vehemently and repeatedly denied the allegations. He has reportedly spoken about the matter and rubbished the claims made by the woman. He said that her allegations are false and all the reported matter was just rumours. He also added that people know his character and know the allegations to be false. He further said that he and his wife are in complete shock considering that these 25-year-old allegations, but they are comforted knowing that ultimately the truth will come out.
